  • Describe strategies to optimize antibiotic dosing to ensure the effectiveness of antibiotics in patients with various degrees of renal impairment.
  • Summarize the impact of augmented renal clearance and continuous renal replacement therapy on the disposition of antibiotics used to treat pneumonia.
