 Learning Objectives:

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Recognize the important role of liver transplant in acetaminophen-induced liver failure
  • Discuss the current widely accepted prognostic model for acetaminophen-induced liver failure, the King’s College Criteria
  • Review other prognostic tools that could be utilized to assess acetaminophen-induced liver failure leading to transplant
