Learning Objectives :

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Describe the characteristic traits of Candida auris as an etiologic agent of urinary tract infections.
  • Identify cases of C. auris isolated in the urine and the associated clinical outcomes (as available) in published literature.
  • Propose potential management and treatment strategies for C. auris urinary tract infections.
