- Describe the hemodynamic profiles and the SCAI staging of cardiogenic shock
- Summarize the literature surrounding inotrope selection in cardiogenic shock
- Identify the agent-related and patient-related variables that may impact selection of dobutamine versus milrinone for the treatment of cardiogenic shock
