Learning Objectives :

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Explain the advantages and disadvantages of the current dosing strategies used for frequently used drugs in conditioning chemotherapy for HSCT.
  • Describe the association between conditioning chemotherapy pharmacokinetics/ drug exposure and clinical outcomes in patients undergoing HSCT.
  • Identify novel personalized, pharmacokinetic-guided dosing strategies for conditioning chemotherapy that are emerging in clinical practice.
