Learning Objectives :
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

• Describe recent changes in the GINA guidelines for mild asthma and reliever medications
• Discuss why budesonide/formoterol used as needed may be the preferred treatment option in mild asthma
• Identify barriers to implementation of budesonide/formoterol as a reliever in practice.
