Learning Objectives :

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Define burnout and the extent of its effects on pharmacy practice.
  • Describe symptoms of burnout and tools to measure employee well-being.
  • Examine internal and external factors that may contribute to pharmacist burnout and organizational and process interventions to target these factors.
