Learning Objectives :

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Describe recent changes in the GINA report and the NHLBI guidelines for the treatment of moderate-to-severe asthma.
  • Summarize current evidence for LAMA addition to ICS/LABA and single inhaler triple therapy ICS/LABA/LAMA in patients with uncontrolled moderate-to-severe asthma.
  • Identify patients with uncontrolled asthma on daily ICS/LABA that are most likely to benefit from single inhaler triple therapy.
