Learning Objectives: 

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Describe potential new strategies for treatment-naive and treatment-experienced patients, including management of toxicities
  • Identify new antiretroviral agents under study for use in HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis
  • Describe the effect that HCV sexual transmission, HCV treatment abbreviation, and HIV treatment modification have on HCV elimination
